Yusef Rababa, Colleague of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi
Produced by Brian Conley
AMMAN—After the death of Abu Musab Az-Zarqawi, we have been searching for men who were colleagues with him, or knew him, to gain a better perspective on the man, and his life, outside of the Media and his actions related to terrorism and the war in Iraq.
Abu Musab Zarqawi was known as the Emir of his group in the prison, in an exclusive interview, Alive in Baghdad spoke with Yusef Rababa, Emir of the other faction of Islamists in prison at the same time as Zarqawi.

Editor's Note: The concept for Alive-in/ began in 2005 with the launch of Alive in Baghdad. Many of the stories produced by our team of Iraqi reporters were taken offline with the closure of blip.tv.
In remembrance of the 20th anniversary of the United States war against Iraq, we are republishing as much of Alive in Baghdad's original content as possible here on Alive-in/. Each story has been given its original date so that these posts don't overwhelm our current stories, and tagged as relevant.
